What engineering file formats should I send?
For flat laser cutting, please upload .dxf files. For projects requiring CNC bending, welding, or multi-part assemblies, please upload a .step file so our engineering team can accurately validate geometries before production.
Do you accept prototype quantities?
Yes. We support everything from single-piece prototypes and rapid sample batches to full-scale production runs for MNC supply chains and automotive vendors.
Can you manufacture from 2D drawings or PDFs?
Yes, though CAD files (.dxf/.step) are preferred for automated programming. If you only have a PDF or dimensioned drawing, our engineering team can manually program your part for an additional review fee.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes. Material Test Reports (MTRs) are available upon request to maintain strict traceability for industrial and automotive applications. Please note your MTR requirement when requesting a quote.
Can you handle repeat production orders?
Absolutely. We maintain secure project archives to ensure identical part quality, consistent tolerances, and seamless re-ordering for ongoing manufacturing schedules.
Can I request specific micro-tolerances?
Yes. Please outline your specific tolerance requirements in the "Additional Details" section of the quote form so our quality verification team can review feasibility prior to production.
Do you combine laser cutting, bending, and welding?
Yes. We provide end-to-end processing. We can cut your parts, form them on our high-tonnage press brake, and weld or fabricate them into complete sub-assemblies under one roof.
Do you offer local pickup and regional freight?
Yes. Local manufacturing partners can arrange direct pickup from our Sangli facility. For regional and nationwide clients, we coordinate reliable transport and freight options.
