Shipping & Freight Policy
1. Local & Regional Delivery
For clients located in Sangli, Pune, Kolhapur, and surrounding regions in Maharashtra, we coordinate delivery via trusted local transport partners. Delivery times typically range from 1 to 2 business days after production is completed.
2. India-Wide Freight
For out-of-state industrial and automotive clients, we utilize reliable national freight forwarders (LTL/FTL). Transit times vary based on destination. A tracking or docket number will be provided once your consignment is dispatched.
3. Customer-Arranged Pickup
You are welcome to arrange your own logistics. Select "Customer Pickup" during the quotation process, and our dispatch team will notify you when your parts are securely packaged and ready for your transporter at our Uran Islampur facility.
4. Packaging & Transit Safety
Precision components, especially heavy-gauge materials and fabricated assemblies, are strapped to industrial pallets and shrink-wrapped to prevent transit damage. If specific crating is required for fragile assemblies, please specify this during your initial quote request.
5. Transit Damage
Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect the material before signing the delivery docket. In the rare event of transit damage, photograph the consignment immediately and contact our engineering support team within 24 hours.
