High-capacity manufacturing partner

Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Client Responsibilities & File Accuracy

The client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of uploaded .dxf and .step files. This includes verifying correct scaling (1:1 ratio), ensuring the proper unit selection (metric vs. imperial), and ensuring the digital design is physically viable for the requested material and thickness. Parts produced with client-side digital errors are not eligible for remakes or refunds.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Parts are cut and bent to standard industrial manufacturing tolerances. If your specific project (such as automotive prototypes or aerospace components) requires specific micro-tolerances that fall outside standard industrial norms, these requirements must be explicitly stated in the quotation request and agreed upon in writing by our engineering team prior to production.

Intellectual Property Warranties

By uploading engineering files to V P Cutting Edge Tool, you warrant and guarantee that you own the intellectual property rights to the designs, or that you have explicit legal authorization from the rights holder to have the parts manufactured. We reserve the right to refuse service if copyright infringement is suspected.

Payment Terms

Production will only begin after the official quotation is approved by the client and the required payment is processed. For approved B2B accounts (MNCs, established local vendors), a valid Purchase Order (PO) outlining agreed-upon net terms (e.g., Net 30) is required to initiate the production run.

Limitation of Liability

V P Cutting Edge Tool is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the parts we manufacture. We execute designs provided by the client. It is solely the client's responsibility to engineer, test, assemble, and certify parts for their intended final application and safety standards.
